This non emergency issue reporting service via digital interactive TV and mobile is currently only available in the Gwent Police area as part of a trial, with a view to rollout across Wales at a later date.

However, non emergency issues can be reported via telephone using the 101 number from landlines, mobiles and telephone kiosks anywhere across the four Police Service areas in Wales.
