Initially this digital interactive TV and mobile version of the 101 service is only available for the Gwent Police area, covering Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly, Monmouthshire, Newport & Torfaen.

However the non emergency 101 telephone service is available across all Wales, the four Welsh Police Services are working together to ensure access irrespective of where you are. So if you live in Bangor (covered by North Wales Police) and work in Swansea (covered by South Wales Police) you can call 101 at work and report a non emergency issue that happened at home and vice versa.

You should ALWAYS dial 999 in an emergency.
