Road safety measures have had a dramatic effect on the number of children killed or seriously injured on our roads.

No children have been killed on our roads since 2005 and no children were seriously injured last year.

The Council has a Road Safety Plan which sets out the measures that the Council, in association with Strathclyde Police and other agencies, are taking to reduce the number of road accidents in the area.
