GCH Local Offers 2011/12

The Tenant Services Authority (TSA) is a national tenant’s organisation which champions the needs of tenants. They have set out a need for all housing providers to deliver local offers which are over and above the 6 TSA service standards and meet the priorities of our residents in Gloucester. Our Local Offers to our residents have been developed in partnership with them through the “We’re Listening Roadshow” a major consultation exercise undertaken in 2010. In addition, we have taken into account comments and suggestions made by our residents through a range of focus groups, project groups, customer surveys, feedback forms and compliments, comments and complaints. We have also learnt from best practice gathered from around the country.
