Highways defect report form

This form should be used to report routine problems with roads and pavements within the county of Leicestershire. Emergencies requiring immediate attention, such as large potholes or anything presenting an immediate danger, should be reported to our Customer Service Centre on 0116 305 0001.

If the fault is any of the following:

Road Pothole / Pavement Trip Hazard / Flooding / Drainage / Mud/Debris on Road / Missing Drain or Manhole Cover / Oil Spillage or Diesel on Road / Obstruction in Road
