BACKGROUND

New Charter Housing Trust Group was formed in March 2000 to take over the housing stock from Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council following a vote in favour of the transfer by the Council's tenants.

We are a not-for-profit organisation, which means that any surplus cash is used to
