Pre-Tenancy Support
Financial guidance and support is given to customers who are moving into our homes. The purpose of helping customers before they move into a property is:
• To prepare a customer for taking on the tenancy
• To create a relationship before the tenancy starts
• To inform of our expectations of the tenant and what the tenant can
expect from New Charter
• Welfare Benefit issues can be addressed
• Inform of the payment requirements
• Introduce a support package where necessary
