Empty Homes

Stratford-on-Avon District Council is very keen to bring Empty Homes back into use to provide additional housing, in fact returning these properties to use is a Corporate Priority.

We have a range of enforcement powers and a grants scheme to assist owners of empty homes bring them back into use. Details of the grants and help bring properties back into use is part of the Empty Homes Officers role.
