Postal & Proxy Votes

If you are eligible to vote but can't vote in person you may apply to vote by post or appoint someone to vote on your behalf. You do not need to wait until an election is being held to apply but to be valid applications need to be at the Council Offices by 5:00pm on the sixth working day before an election.
