Automated telephone payments can be made by calling 0845 111 4199. You must ensure that you have your payment reference number and a valid debit or credit card.

Call 0191 278 7749 to speak to a member of staff who will confirm your payment reference number and the amount you wish to pay then transfer you to the payment line.
