Our service

We will make sure all properties are kept in good repair, including the structure and outside of your property. When you report a repair we will give you a job reference number and advise you what work will be carried out and, if possible, when.

We will always attempt to make appointments for repairs; however when an appointment is not possible we will carry out repairs as soon as we can. Our staff will be wearing uniform and will always carry ID which you should ask to see.
