About the programme

Modern Homes work is split into two packages: an internal package which could include central heating, rewiring, kitchen replacement and bathroom replacement, and an external package, which could include new doors and windows, roofing repairs/replacement, brickwork repairs.

These will be carried out separately with a decent break in between. This will reduce the amount of disruption during the works to your home.
