Getting Involved

Involvement is a two-way process that involves residents or service users and Circle Support. Resident and service user involvement is at the heart of everything we do across all Circle Support services.

Involvement is:

- Giving residents a range of ways to have their say.

- Listening to what they tell us and acting on this feedback.

- Providing everyone with the opportunity to influence the services they receive in a way that is appropriate to their needs.
