Service Improvement Groups & Forums
Our Service Improvement Groups (SIGs) scrutinise our performance and look at how we are responding to complaints and feedback from our customers.
Feedback from the SIGs is reported to the Senior Management Team for Circle Support and directly impacts on how we run our services.
We also organise Service Improvement Forums. These forums provide an important link between you and the staff who manage your service. They provide the chance to meet other service users and have your say on a range of issues relating to the service.
