Racism given the red card in Dudley

Racism will be shown the red card in Dudley after council bosses joined the Black Country’s leading football clubs in signing up to a scheme led by a national education charity.

Dudley Council has announced it will welcome the national charity, Show Racism the Red Card, to the area for a number of events over the next year, many of them in partnership with West Bromwich Albion and Wolves.

As part of the agreement, representatives of Dudley Council will attend training events at The Hawthorns and Molineux all aimed at equipping adults with the skills and ability to engage young people on the issues of racism.
