Homesearch

Homesearch is a choice based letting system that gives applicants the chance to ‘bid’ or express an interest in properties that are/or will be available for letting.

Once an application is registered, applicants are assessed and placed into one of four bands according to their housing need and circumstances.

Available or soon-to-be-available properties are advertised using the homesearch website and using posters and newsletters in local libraries and the council offices.

Applicants can ‘bid’ or register their interest in a property using the website, in person and on the phone.
