Under One Roof (UOR)

Under One Roof (UOR) is for people who want to rent a home from a housing association in St Helens. All housing associations with social housing homes to rent in St Helens advertise their available properties through UOR. This means that if you want to rent a home from a housing association that is part of Under One Roof, you will need to join the scheme so that your need for housing can be assessed.

Arena Housing and Riverside are full partners with Under One Roof and do not have a waiting list for their properties in the St Helens area.

UOR was developed by St Helens Council, Helena Partnerships and other housing associations in St Helens.
