Customer Excellence Panel
Helena Homes is committed to providing services that our customers want and need and your feedback is key to doing this.
So, two years ago, we set up a Customer Excellence Panel (CEP) - made up entirely of tenants - who help us to monitor our performance and suggest where improvements can be made.
The Panel help Helena to set a range of performance measures and targets which they monitor every three months. As a group, they use feedback from customer surveys and consultation events, as well as information from Helena’s One Voice Panel of tenants and customer inspectors, to make suggestions about improvements that could be made.
