Shared owners and leaseholders

Irwell Valleys Sales & Leasehold team is responsible for Irwell Valleys Shared Ownership sales, Intermediate market rent lets, and the provision of property management services such as window cleaning, gardening and communal cleaning as detailed in the lease to shared ownership and leasehold properties.

The team provides a leasehold management service to around 600 properties in five local authority areas across the North West. The specific services provided to homeowners are dependent on their type of property (house or apartment) and what property management provision is included within their lease.
