Aids and adaptations: about

From 1st April 2012 Irwell Valley Housing Association will no longer supply Major Adaptations such as Walk in Showers, Stairlifts, Ramps etc to their customers. Due to Government Budget cuts IVHA will now contribute to all Adaptations carried out by the Local Authority.

Key Points:

1.We will no longer hold a waiting list for Major Adaptations

2.We will refer all Major Adaptation requests from IVHA customers direct to their local authority

3.We will make a contribution towards the cost of Major Adaptations carried out by the Local Authorities
