Committing Tenancy Fraud is a breach of your tenancy agreement and we take reports of suspected fraud very seriously. People who commit Tenancy Fraud stop customers in need of a home from moving in. If you suspect somebody of committing Tenancy Fraud please contact your Neighbourhood Manager. Alternatively, we subscribe to a free independent hotline where you can report Tenancy Fraud anonymously 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The number to call is 0800 374 199.
