Estate Walkabouts

On estate walkabouts Neighbourhood Officers systematically inspect all of our estates, working with local residents and relevant partners (such as police, environmental health officers, wardens and local councillors) to identify and tackle various issues, including:

- Illegal parking

- Abandoned vehicles

- Issues of footpath cleaning and grounds maintenance

- Condition of communal facilities (particularly play equipment)

- Graffiti
