Supported Housing
The aim of Supported Housing is to offer a range of options to vulnerable people to help them remain at home and improve their quality of life. Services are targeted to assist their living skills, their abilities and their goals for the future within a stable environment which promotes and enables a greater independence.
Supported Housing services include:
