Direct Debit

We prefer you to pay by direct debit. With your welcome letter you should have received a direct-debit form. If you did not receive one and you would like to set up a direct debit, please contact the Income Team to set one up over the phone or request a form. You can contact the Income Team on 0845 234 0791 or IncomeCL@circle.org.uk between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

A direct debit is a regular payment to us from your bank or building society. Paying by direct debit is the easiest way for you to make sure you pay your rent and service charge on time and you pay the correct amount.
