Our Centres
The local centres support the staff in our three main centres in the East, West and North of Scotland. The fact that some calls can be dealt with by local centres means that the staff at the three main centres can work more closely with local NHS boards and teams and gain better local understanding.
When you call NHS 24, your call is answered by a Call Handler in one of our three main contact centres. At peak times, your call may be passed to your local centre where one of our Nurses will help you.
