Seasonal Flu
All the influenza vaccines available in Scotland do not contain live viruses and therefore cannot cause influenza.
The campaign website, Immunisation Scotland, advises that flu is much more than a bad cold and lists on the site the typical symptoms:
> A fever or temperature (over 38°C / 100.4°F) and two or more of the following symptoms:
- unusual tiredness
- headache
- runny nose
- sore throat
