It contains information about the Protection, Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation (PRICE) guidelines and what you should do for the first 24 to 48 hours after suffering a mild sprain, strain or sports injury.

It also details whether you should be resting or moving after 48 hours, when you should take part in sports activities and if you should consult your doctor.
