Small Business Rate Relief

Temporary Change To The Scheme From 1st October 2010

Regulations have been passed that make a temporary change to the rates of relief between 1st October 2010 and 30th September 2011. Relief of 100% is available for eligible properties which have a rateable value of up to £6,000. The relief then decreases from 100% to 0% for properties which have a rateable value of more than £6,000 and not more than £12,000.
