How do I apply for Extra Care housing?

Extra Care is relatively new in St Helens and it is very popular so there is a waiting list for all of the Extra Care schemes. The central register of applicants is held by Under One Roof, the service for letting social housing in St Helens.

If you are interested in being considered to rent an Extra Care property then you should contact Under One Roof on 01744 636363 to request an application form. This is the case even if you are already registered with Under One Roof for sheltered housing as you will need to complete the application form for Extra Care. If you are new to Under One Roof you will be asked to complete an application form and an Extra Care form.
