Twin Valley Homes has been rewarded for its excellence in customer services by Quality Housing Services (QHS).

The Housing Association, which covers Blackburn with Darwen, has made significant strides in the service it offers to its customers, so much so that it has been made a certified organisation.

QHS certification is recognition that Twin Valley Homes has met that standard of excellence that is recognised by our regulators, the Tenants Services Authority, and the rest of our industry. It also means the chance of a short notice inspection is significantly reduced.

QHS said: "Systems are becoming more effective and the use of information technology systems are proving to be beneficial. Good and effective work is taking place in estate management with an emphasis on proactive preventative activities, as opposed to an over reliance on reactive processes."
